Croydon LETS Website Policy

As a member, you will be notified of the password for the Members Area of the website. This will enable you to view:

• Balance and transactions on your Croy account.
• Members' e-mail addresses (where these have been authorised for inclusion)
• Members' Goods and Services Offered (in the online Directory)
• LETS Newsletters
• Internal documents such as minutes of meetings which the Webmaster may from time to time decide to include

You may elect the following options concerning the website:

• To be omitted altogether from the site
• For your first name and membership number to be included
• For your first name, membership number and e-mail address to be included

The online Directory in the website's Members' Area displays your first name, the initial letter of your surname, and your LETS membership number. If you opt to let us show your email address, that will appear too - but only when you opt in. No other information (EG street address, full surname, phone numbers) is shown on the website.
