Croydon LETS Membership Application Form

Croydon LETS is a friendly trading organisation, whose members trade a wide range of goods and services using any combination of cash, barter and our own local currency - Croys! If you'd like to join our network, please complete this application form by either: Printing the blank form, then filling it in on paper, or Typing your responses on-screen, then printing the completed form. Please write clearly, especially when entering contact details such as your email address. Once you've finished, sign the form and post it to the address at the end of the form with your subscription payment. Thanks!

Full name:	Your full name will appear on our Members' List (circulated only to LETS members). Your first name (not surname) may be used in public documents such as old directories used for publicity and demonstration purposes.
Address:	Your address remains confidential and will not be released without your permission. Please include your postcode!
Telephone numbers: Home, work, mobile as appropriate.	Your telephone numbers will appear on our Members' List (circulated only to LETS members).
Email address:	Your email address will appear on our Members' List (circulated only to LETS members). If you're filling the form by hand, please print clearly!
LETS e-Group:	Please enroll me in the e-Group. Save time and paper! Get your directories and other LETS correspondence by email only (no paper copy).
Goods & services offered: Please list the goods and services you can offer LETS members.	Don't worry if you can't think of everything now - the list is updated frequently and you can let us know changes at any time.
Additional information:	Anything which you think might be useful, EG whether you'd be interested in hosting or have any ideas for social events...

You're nearly done! All you need to do now is: Print the completed form (if you've filled it in on-screen). Sign and date it. Write a cheque for your subscription fee. Cheques should be made payable to "Croydon LETS".
